This seventeenth century home has been converted to renewable
heating in the form of a ground source heat pump collecting heat
from a nearby pond producing 44Kw of continuous renewable energy.
The heat pumps were installed in the cellar and connected to fan coils emitters
installed within the existing window alcoves to comply with the listed building status.
This installation has been successful in claiming the Renewable Heat Incentive Grant.
The owner will be paid in the region of $21 000.00 per year tax free for the next 7 years.
